Aurea One Collective B.V.
A short overview of the points that matter most. The complete terms are sent to you together with your quotation.
The first meeting is free of charge. An intake fee is due before your quotation is prepared and is deducted from the down payment if the project goes ahead. A feasibility study is charged separately.
A down payment is required before any work starts and the remaining balance is due shortly after the project is ready. Payment is by bank transfer. Late payments accrue interest.
The design is developed in phases with two free review rounds. If a design has been sent for approval and no response is received within five working days, it is considered approved.
The down payment is not refundable. If you cancel, a cancellation fee applies as a share of the project value, depending on the phase the project has reached.
We do not guarantee that a permit will be granted. You submit the permit application yourself, based on our permit-ready documents.
All designs remain the property of Aurea One Collective until they have been paid in full, and may only be used for the project they were made for.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
Curaçao law applies. Disputes are brought before the Court of First Instance of Curaçao.
